Fuel Intelligence 2.0

Official data turned into clearer decisions.

Vehiora separates reference prices, observed station prices and forecasts. Every reading shows its source, date, coverage and limits without turning an estimate into certainty.

No forecast published: data is insufficient, stale or confidence is below the threshold.

The forecast uses recent history only, filters outliers and caps artificial movements. It is not a price guarantee.

How Fuel Intelligence 2.0 works

How Fuel Intelligence 2.0 works

1. Official collection

Portugal, Spain and the European Union are treated as separate sources with their own provenance.

2. Staging and validation

Station data is validated before entering the canonical model. An external failure never deletes previously valid values.

3. Explainable decision

Price, distance, freshness and confidence remain separate. AI may explain structured evidence but cannot invent prices or override ranking.

Source transparency

Source transparency

Market references and station prices update at different cadences. The displayed date always belongs to the displayed value.

Modern AI with real boundaries

The architecture is ready for models with structured outputs and function calling. Authoritative calculation remains deterministic; AI is restricted to explanation, translation and quality-incident summaries.

FAQ

Fuel Intelligence

Are prices real time?

Not necessarily. Every value displays its date. Station data depends on the official source update and promotion into the canonical model.

Does the forecast guarantee a future price?

No. It is only shown when enough recent history and minimum confidence are available. It remains a seven-day estimate.

Can AI change prices or choose stations?

No. Prices, filters and ranking remain deterministic. AI can only explain evidence that has already been calculated and validated.
